Overview
- Perform bank reconciliations accurately and on time
- Maintain well-organised and accurate financial records using Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage client emails and communicate with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
- Communicate with Australian clients via email or chat
- Follow internal workflows and comply with Australian accounting standards
- Support BAS preparation, payroll processing, and other accounting tasks
