Questions before you pay
Does the free plan run out?▼
No. The Free plan has no end date: a branded career page and 3 active jobs at a time. You pay only when you need more jobs, sponsored slots or a custom domain.
What counts as an active job?▼
A job you posted yourself that is live or waiting for review. Drafts and closed jobs do not count. If your company page already listed roles from public job sources before you claimed it, those roles do not count toward the limit. New jobs are reviewed before they go public.
What is a sponsored slot?▼
A featured job is listed ahead of others in job search results, the home page's latest jobs and your company page, always labelled “Sponsored”. Pro includes 3 slots, Gold VIP 10.
How do I pay? Is anything charged automatically?▼
There is no online checkout and nothing is charged automatically. You send a request; we email a quote including 8% VAT with a VietQR code for a bank transfer. The plan starts when the transfer arrives.
What happens when my plan ends?▼
Your dashboard shows the plan's end date. In the last 7 days we email the page owner once with a renewal link. An early renewal runs on from the old end date, so no days are lost.
How does a custom domain work?▼
From the Pro plan. Add the domain (for example careers.company.vn) in the dashboard, create one DNS TXT record and one CNAME as shown, then press verify. Once it is verified, we switch the domain on for your page.
My company already has a page here. What do I do?▼
Open the company page and choose “Is this your business?” to claim it free, verified with a company email address. Once claimed, you post jobs, edit the page and pick a plan from 290.000 ₫/month when you need one.
Do you collect CVs or charge per hire?▼
No. Candidates apply directly to you through the channel you choose. We do not collect or forward applications and charge nothing per hire. The plan fee pays for the career-page and recruitment-advertising tool.
