tuyendung.app (“we”) is a platform that lets businesses build their own career pages and post job openings. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 91/2025).
1. Data we collect
- Job-alert subscription: your email address, the search filters you save, and your consent.
- CV (optional): if you choose to upload one, the file is stored privately for your own use.
- Account: email and password, or sign-in via Google.
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) for operations and security.
2. What we do NOT collect
When you apply to a role, you send your application directly to the employer (via their email/channel). We do not receive, store, or forward your application to the employer. We do not collect phone numbers and we never buy or sell personal data.
3. Purposes & legal basis
- Sending job alerts matching your saved filters — on the basis of your consent.
- Storing your CV for your own management/use — on the basis of consent.
- Operating your account and securing the platform — on the basis of service contract and legitimate interest.
4. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell personal data. We use only the service providers needed to operate:
- Server & database infrastructure located in Vietnam.
- Cloudflare (content-delivery / security network).
- Google (optional sign-in).
- Email delivery service (to send job alerts).
Some providers may process data outside Vietnam; any such transfer is handled in line with the cross-border transfer-impact-assessment requirements of Law 91/2025.
5. Retention
- CVs are automatically deleted after 180 days, or when you delete them.
- Alert subscriptions are kept until you delete them or withdraw consent.
- Account data is kept while the account is active.
6. Your rights
Under Law 91/2025 you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict/object to processing, withdraw consent, request your data (portability), and lodge a complaint.
Self-service: use your alert management page (via the link in your email) to view/download/replace/delete your CV and delete your subscription. Or contact [email protected].
You may also complain to the competent authority (the Ministry of Public Security).
7. Security
CVs are stored in a private, non-public area accessible only via your own tokenized link. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
8. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 16. Processing a child's data requires parental/guardian consent as required by law.
9. Breach & changes
In the event of a data breach we will notify the competent authority within the statutory deadline. This policy may be updated; the effective date is shown at the top.
10. Contact
