1. What the service is
tuyendung.app is a self-service tool for businesses to build career pages and post job openings, and for job-seekers to discover roles. It is a recruitment-advertising / listing platform — not a recruitment agency, employment-service intermediary, or news aggregator.
We do not broker candidates and do not collect/forward applications on an employer's behalf. Candidates apply directly to employers.
2. Employer responsibilities
- Responsible for the accuracy and legality of posted content and for having all rights to it.
- Comply with labor, advertising, and other applicable laws.
- Handle received applications and applicant data yourselves (the employer is the data controller for those applications).
- Do not post misleading, discriminatory, or third-party-infringing content.
3. Aggregated listings
Some pages are overviews of open roles compiled from public sources, stating facts only, marked unofficial / non-affiliated, with a link back to the source. To request an edit/removal, use our request page.
4. Job-seekers
- Job information is for reference; you apply directly to the employer.
- We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
- Any CV you upload is owned and managed by you — see the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
No unauthorized scraping, no disruption of the systems, no unlawful or IP-infringing content.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, code, interface, and the tuyendung.app brand are ours. Employer-posted content remains theirs; by posting, the employer grants us the right to display that content on the platform.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant the accuracy of postings or any hiring outcome, and are not responsible for dealings or interactions between employers and candidates. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes, termination & governing law
We may update these terms (effective date shown above) and may suspend/terminate access for violations. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
