2. What the service is
tuyendung.app is a self-service recruitment-advertising tool and career-page builder, edited by ERPFit. Businesses publish job openings — information about employment relationships under the Labour Code. Businesses do not sell goods or supply services to users on tuyendung.app.
The site has no online ordering function and processes no payments: no cart, no on-site checkout, and no contract is concluded on the platform. ERPFit's paid services are quoted and contracted off-site, with an e-invoice.
We do not broker, place, or supply labour, take no placement fee, sell no candidate data, and store no applications on an employer's behalf. Candidates apply directly to the employer through the employer's own channel.
3. ERPFit decides what is published
An employer has an account to submit content (career page, job postings). A submission sits pending review and is not public. An ERPFit editor checks it before publication, may decline it or ask for changes, and may unpublish what is live. An employer can hide or close its own posting at any time without us.
Some pages are overviews of open roles compiled by ERPFit from public sources, stating facts only, marked unofficial / non-affiliated, with a link back to the source.
4. Content rules
- The employer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of what it submits, and for holding the rights to it.
- No misleading or discriminatory content, nothing contrary to labour law, nothing infringing a third party.
- Paid prominence is always labelled “Tài trợ” (Sponsored). The rest of the ordering is organic and is not for sale.
- There is no news section, and we do not repost press articles or state-agency content.
5. Personal data
See the Privacy Policy. The CV builder runs entirely in your browser — a CV is never posted to our servers. Data requests: [email protected].
6. Complaints, corrections and takedown
Use the request page or email [email protected]. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 7 working days. Clearly infringing content is removed as soon as it is identified.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are public at /bang-gia (VND, VAT stated). Upgrades happen off-site: you send a request, ERPFit quotes and signs a service contract, issues an e-invoice, then activates the plan. Nothing is purchased on this site.
8. Governing law and changes
These rules are governed by Vietnamese law and may be updated; the new version is posted here with its effective date. See also the Terms of Service.
