Overview
- Contact with partner to receive all information to develop new samples
- Prepare information, translate and handover Techpack (BOM, technical document) from Vietnamese – English for others department (Pattern marker, sample room, factory,…) to follow up information.
- Prepare all materials and condition to make new samples.
- Meeting with sample room, Technical team, Pattern marker team to transfer all informations about new sample and dicuss together to developt new sample (new construction, new platform, new material…)
- Follow up, checking sample every step to make sure the sample is the best and on-time shipment to the Clients.
- Review sample and give comments to Pattern maker and sample room to improve sample.
- Submit samples to the Clients and get updated with the sample status at all developt stages.
- Resolve all related problems, complaints or requirements from Clients.
- Work with other departments such as QC, Planning, Accounting,… to advise Clients.
- Proceed order all orders to make samples, contact with suppliers (leather, fabric, hardware, thread, …) to ensure delivery time, and call out all issues about their materials.
- Contact with 3rd party to developt new platform (Embroidery, Printing, Sequins, Quilting…).
- Checking/ Follow up the Testing process with Lab Test
- Review 1st sample on production line, release comments to improve before they make bulk sample.
- Resolve all related problems at factory (explain if factory don’t understand, confirm and advise information…).
