- Job Objective: Participate in the design, development, and validation of mechanical parts/components and assemblies using CAD and CAE tools to meet requirements for functionality, durability, manufacturability, cost, and product quality.
- Mechanical Design
- Participate in the design and development of mechanical parts and assemblies according to project requirements.
- Develop and manage 3D CAD data and 2D drawings in compliance with technical standards (including the design of aluminum castings, plastic parts, harnesses, etc.).
- Analyze technical requirements, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing methods.
- Perform design feasibility assessments (DFM, DFA).
- Coordinate with relevant teams such as R&D, CAE, Validation, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to finalize designs.
- CAE Simulation
- Experience and capabilities in thermal simulation and/or mechanical simulation are an advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in mechanical design is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
- TOEIC score of 550 or above, or equivalent, is an advantage.
