Overview

Review and approve showroom designs; advise on and coordinate dealer setup, construction, renovation, acceptance, opening, maintenance, and upgrades in accordance with established standards.
Evaluate dealer performance and operational quality using the Dealer Scorecard and operational data; implement dealer screening and recommend reward and penalty mechanisms.
Manage the entire dealer lifecycle, from new dealer establishment and transfer to changes in operating models and termination; oversee dealer documentation, contracts, and support policies.
Participate in developing dealer network plans and expansion strategies; identify, assess, and submit potential partners for approval to ensure optimal network coverage and system efficiency.
Participate in developing, implementing, and monitoring dealer standards covering Corporate Identity (CI), financial capability, human resources, and operations; provide guidance and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in dealer network development, distribution network expansion, or chain operations management; experience in the automotive/OEM industry is preferred.
Experience in team management, partner development, and new business location/showroom setup projects.
Strong skills in planning, data analysis, project management, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
