Overview
- Mục tiêu vị trí: Đưa model từ môi trường staging ra hiện trường theo từng site, và là người duy nhất có quyền xác nhận model đạt cam kết chất lượng dịch vụ (SLA) tại site.
- Khảo sát hiện trường trước khi nhận cam kết: mật độ điểm ảnh, tiêu chuẩn DORI, góc nghiêng camera, tầm nhìn — chặn từ đầu các bài toán vượt giới hạn vật lý của camera.
- Vận hành môi trường staging và lộ trình triển khai các site Vinhomes theo thứ tự ưu tiên.
- Đầu mối kỹ thuật với Ban quản lý site, chủ đầu tư và đơn vị hạ tầng camera; viết checklist khảo sát và runbook triển khai.
- Đo và báo cáo SLA thực tế tại site; phản hồi lỗi về nhóm mô hình.
- Quản lý 2 kỹ sư thực chiến hiện trường. Không viết code model.
Requirements
- Tối thiểu 4 năm triển khai hệ thống camera, VMS hoặc IoT tại hiện trường; đã bàn giao ít nhất 3 dự án cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp hoặc bất động sản.
- Đọc và diễn giải được số liệu đánh giá model để đối thoại với kỹ sư AI.
- Quen làm việc với Ban quản lý tòa nhà, khu đô thị; sẵn sàng đi site thường xuyên.
- Kỹ năng tài liệu hóa và trình bày cho khách hàng.
- Thước đo 6 tháng: Ít nhất 2 site vận hành đúng lộ trình; không bài toán nào nhận sau khảo sát bị trả lại vì lý do vật lý.
- Báo cáo cho: Giám đốc Giải pháp AI & IoT.
