Overview
- Tổng quan
- Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai, tích hợp và vận hành hạ tầng IT SmartCity 24/7, bao gồm Network, Server, Storage, Cloud, Database và hệ thống IoT như Camera, Access Control, Smart Parking. Đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định, an toàn và đáp ứng SLA.
- Triển khai hạ tầng & hệ thống
- Khảo sát, thiết kế và triển khai hạ tầng On-premise/Cloud: Server, Storage, Network.
- Cài đặt và quản trị Linux/Windows Server, Database, Middleware, Application.
- Triển khai Docker/Kubernetes.
- Cấu hình LAN/WAN, VLAN, Routing, Switching, Firewall, VPN, DNS/DHCP.
- Tích hợp và vận hành hệ thống Camera/CCTV, Access Control, Smart Parking, LPR/ANPR, IoT Gateway.
- Thực hiện UAT, stress test, failover test và nghiệm thu hệ thống.
- Phối hợp với vendor/system integrator và xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật, runbook.
- Vận hành & xử lý sự cố
- Giám sát và vận hành hạ tầng 24/7.
- Troubleshooting sự cố Network, Server, OS, Database, Application, Cloud và IoT.
- Phân tích log, thực hiện RCA và phối hợp Emergency Response.
- Theo dõi SLA, Availability, Performance và Capacity.
- Quản trị & tối ưu hạ tầng
- Quản trị Linux/Windows Server, PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB.
- Vận hành và tối ưu Docker/Kubernetes, Cloud.
- Quản lý Backup, HA, Failover và Disaster Recovery.
- Triển khai monitoring/logging với Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK.
- Automation & Security
- Tự động hóa vận hành bằng Ansible, Terraform, Bash/Python.
- Quản lý CI/CD/GitOps khi cần.
- Thực hiện OS hardening, RBAC, Network Policy, Secret Management và phối hợp Security/SOC.
Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp CNTT, Điện tử - Viễn thông hoặc tương đương.
- 3+ năm kinh nghiệm IT Infrastructure, ưu tiên môi trường SmartCity/IoT.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế Docker/Kubernetes.
- Có nền tảng tốt về Network + System.
- Kinh nghiệm Linux/Windows Server, Network, Database, Cloud.
- Ưu tiên: CCNA/CCNP, CKA, AWS/Azure/GCP, Ansible, Terraform.
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm với Camera, Access Control, Parking, IoT.
- Có khả năng troubleshooting, RCA và vận hành hệ thống 24/7.
- Đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh, sẵn sàng làm việc on-site và theo ca khi cần.
