  • Kinh nghiệm: trên 05 năm vị trí Trưởng phòng Cung cấp dịch vụ vệ
  • sinh tại các Khách sạn 5 sao hoặc tại các Tập đoàn TM & DV quy mô lớn/ Experience:
  • Over 5 years as a Head of Cleaning Services at 5-star hotels or large-scale
  • Trade & Service corporations.
  • Độ tuổi, sức
  • khỏe: Từ 30 đến 45 tuổi, Sức
  • khoẻ: Tốt./ Age and Health: 30-45 years old, Good health.
  • Thái độ làm việc: Làm việc tích cực, có tinh thần cầu tiến, kiên trì
  • và có giải pháp vượt qua khó khăn/ thách thức; có ảnh hưởng tốt đến các thành
  • viên khác trong đơn vị/bộ phận.
  • Work Attitude: Positive, proactive, persistent, and able to
  • overcome difficulties/challenges; has a positive influence on other members of
  • the unit/department
  • Kiến thức và Kỹ năng: Kỹ năng quản lý, đào tạo và lãnh đạo nhóm đa văn
  • hóa. Hiểu biết về tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh và an toàn quốc tế. Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng
  • Anh thành thạo, biết giao tiếng Việt là một lợi thế.
  • Chuyên môn nghề nghiệp: Nắm vững kiến thức vệ sinh công nghiệp chuyên sâu
  • có năng lực, kinh nghiệm thực tiễn về cung cấp dịch vụ vệ sinh tại các Trung
  • tâm thương mại, nhà hàng, khách sạn, văn phòng, chung cư, ... (ưu tiên có kinh
  • nghiệm về cung cấp dịch vụ vệ sinh chuyên nghiệp...).
  • Professional Competencies:
  • Knowledge and Skills: Management, training, and leadership skills for
  • multicultural teams. Understanding of international hygiene and safety
  • standards. Proficient in English communication; knowledge of Vietnamese is an
  • advantage.
  • Professional Expertise: Thorough knowledge of in-depth industrial
  • cleaning; Competent and experienced in providing cleaning services at shopping
  • malls, restaurants, hotels, offices, apartments, etc. (experience in providing
  • professional cleaning services is preferred).
