Overview
- Drafting, negotiating
- finalizing, and preparing hard-copy agreements
- Directly draft, negotiate, review, and finalize
- contracts, annexes, and agreements in line with company policies or
- requests.
- Manage execution and submission of signed paper
- documents.
- Legal advice and compliance guidance

- Provide legal consultation, review, and procedural
- guidance regarding contracts, appendices, agreements, penalty clauses
- terminations, and contract liquidations as needed to support internal
- departments.
- Risk management and legal governance
- Advise senior management on legal risk mitigation
- related to contracts within the assigned domain, proactively identifying
- potential issues and proposing compliant solutions.
- Reporting, planning, and
- miscellaneous tasks
- Prepare work plans and reports for assigned duties.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and
- professional manner.
