Overview

Mục tiêu vị trí: Sở hữu toàn bộ vòng đời dữ liệu của Vin Insight Camera — từ luồng camera đến dataset huấn luyện và đánh giá — để các nhóm mô hình không còn tự thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu.
Thiết kế và vận hành pipeline dữ liệu: thu thập, ẩn danh hóa, gán nhãn (CVAT), versioning (DVC), lưu trữ và xóa theo chính sách bảo vệ dữ liệu.
Xây dựng và duy trì bộ dữ liệu đánh giá chuẩn cho điều kiện Việt Nam (biển số, ánh sáng nhiệt đới, góc camera top-down) làm nguồn duy nhất cho huấn luyện.
Quản lý và đào tạo 3 kỹ sư thực chiến dữ liệu và 1 thực tập sinh; điều phối cộng tác viên gán nhãn.
Vận hành DVC/MLflow và đăng ký model cùng Platform Core.
Đầu mối kỹ thuật với Pháp chế về đánh giá tác động bảo vệ dữ liệu (DPIA), ẩn danh hóa và phân quyền truy cập dữ liệu.

Tối thiểu 5 năm data engineering, trong đó có vận hành pipeline dữ liệu ảnh/video cho hệ thống computer vision ở môi trường production.
Thành thạo CVAT, FiftyOne, DVC hoặc công cụ tương đương; Python, SQL, object storage.
Hiểu Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và đặc thù dữ liệu sinh trắc là lợi thế lớn.
Đã quản lý nhóm 3–5 người.
Thước đo 6 tháng: 100% nhóm mô hình lấy dữ liệu từ pipeline chung; bộ đánh giá phiên bản 1 phủ các bài toán giao thông, đám đông và truy vấn ngữ nghĩa; không nhóm nào thu thập dữ liệu ngoài quy trình.
