Overview

  • Phiên dịch và biên dịch tài liệu, email, cuộc họp giữa tiếng Việt – tiếng Nhật/ Interpret and translate documents, emails, and meetings between Vietnamese and Japanese.
  • Giao tiếp và làm việc trực tiếp với các đối tác Nhật Bản (qua email, chat hoặc họp online)/ Communicate and work directly with Japanese partners (via email, chat, or online meetings).
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ (họa sĩ, QC, biên tập...) để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng dự án/ Coordinate with internal departments (artists, QC, editors, etc.) to ensure project progress and quality.
  • Hỗ trợ cập nhật tiến độ dự án/ Support project progress updates.
  • Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính liên quan đến dự án/ Assist with administrative tasks related to the project.
  • Thành thạo tiếng Nhật: nghe, nói, đọc, viết. Trình độ tương đương N2/ Proficient in Japanese: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Equivalent to N2 level.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và truyền đạt thông tin tốt/ Strong communication and information‐conveying skills.
  • Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng tốt/ Good computer-office skills.
  • Chủ động, linh hoạt và có trách nhiệm với công việc/ Proactive, flexible, and responsible at work.
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường công ty Hàn Quốc hoặc ngành sản xuất nội dung là lợi thế/ Experience working in a Korean company environment or in the content production industry is a plus.
  • Yêu thích webtoon, anime, manga, manhwa là lợi thế/ A passion for webtoons, anime, manga, or manhwa is an advantage.
  • Có thể giao tiếp tiếng Anh là lợi thế/ Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
  • Biết sử dụng Photoshop hoặc Clip Studio Paint là lợi thế/ Ability to use Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint is an advantage.
