Overview

  • Analyze customer business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement analysis sessions with clients.
  • Provide consulting services and recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design effective business solutions.
  • Prepare business process flows, functional specifications, and system documentation.
  • Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Identify gaps between business requirements and standard system capabilities and propose suitable solutions.
  • Assist project managers in planning, scope management, and project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and project teams.
  • Work closely with business users, managers, developers, and project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project discussions to ensure alignment.
  • Manage customer expectations and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Solution Architects.
  • Support project documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing activities.
  • Participate in project planning, review meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the team.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Strong accounting or finance domain knowledge, either through:
  • Previous working experience in Accounting/Finance, or
  • Experience implementing Accounting/Finance modules within ERP systems.
  • Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
  • Experience participating in software implementation or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • English: Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, MES, WMS, TMS, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
  • Experience leading workshops and managing customer-facing activities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, or enterprise business processes.
