Overview

Manage the full leasing cycle for corporate tenants: requirement analysis, market survey, site tours, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Work directly with decision-makers at Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese, Singaporean, European, and American companies entering or expanding in Vietnam
Build long-term relationships with landlords and Grade A/B office buildings across HCMC
Contribute to a team that closes consistently — and get paid for every deal you close
2+ years of experience (Office Leasing Consultant) and 6+ years of experience (Senior Office Leasing Consultant)
Professional communication in English or Korean (both is a strong plus)
Experience closing B2B deals with corporate clients — commercial real estate strongly preferred; B2B sales/consulting also welcome
Someone who has overcome real difficulty in life and came out stronger — we will ask you about it in the interview
Someone who wants to earn a lot of money — and is willing to do the work that earning it requires
Someone who wants to grow long-term with a stable, high-performing team — not job-hop every year
