Overview
- Quản lý, kiểm tra và hướng dẫn đội thi công thực hiện đúng quy trình lắp dựng theo bản vẽ thiết kế và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
- Manage, inspect, and guide the construction team to follow proper installation procedures in accordance with design drawings and technical standards.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Chỉ huy trưởng, kỹ sư hiện trường và các bên liên quan nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng thi công.
- Coordinate closely with the site manager, site engineers, and related stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality.
- Kịp thời phát hiện, xử lý và báo cáo các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình thi công.
- Timely identify, handle, and report any issues arising during installation.
- Tổ chức và kiểm soát quá trình tháo dỡ cốp pha đảm bảo an toàn và đúng kỹ thuật.
- Organize and control the dismantling process safely and in compliance with technical requirements.
- Quản lý vật tư sau thu hồi, đảm bảo không thất thoát, hư hỏng.
- Manage recovered formwork materials, ensuring no loss or damage.
- Lập báo cáo kiểm kê, đánh giá tình trạng vật tư sau mỗi đợt thu hồi.
- Prepare inventory reports and evaluate the condition of materials after each retrieval cycle.
- Train workers on proper use and maintenance of aluminum formwork.
- Đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng và bảo trì thiết bị tại công trường.
- Propose solutions to improve efficiency in usage and maintenance at construction sites.
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp / Cao đẳng / Đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Diploma / College / Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related fields.
- Có kinh nghiệm giám sát thi công, lắp dựng và thu hồi cốp pha nhôm là một lợi thế lớn.
- Experience in supervising installation and retrieval of aluminum formwork is a strong advantage.
- Hiểu biết về quy trình kỹ thuật và tiêu chuẩn an toàn trong thi công xây dựng.
- Good understanding of technical procedures and construction site safety standards.
- Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm tốt, giao tiếp hiệu quả và khả năng xử lý vấn đề nhanh chóng tại công trường.
- Strong team management, effective communication, and good on-site problem-solving skills.
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chủ động và sẵn sàng làm việc trong môi trường dự án.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and readiness to work in project-based environments.
