Overview

  • Thực hiện công tác giao nhận và hoàn trả cốp pha nhôm với nhà thầu tại công trường.
  • Giám sát quá trình lắp dựng cốp pha nhôm của nhà thầu, đảm bảo đúng kỹ thuật và tiến độ.
  • Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề tại hiện trường (yêu cầu kỹ thuật, bản vẽ lắp dựng, v.v.).
  • Chuẩn bị hồ sơ giao nhận, xác nhận ngày đổ bê tông tầng/sàn và hồ sơ thu hồi.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
  • Ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo.
  • Handle the delivery and return of aluminum formwork with contractors at construction sites.
  • Supervise the installation of aluminum formwork to ensure compliance with technical standards and project schedule.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve on-site issues (technical requirements, installation drawings, etc.).
  • Prepare handover documents, confirm concrete pouring schedules, and handle return documentation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
  • Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Xây dựng hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Biết sử dụng AutoCAD, đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật và thành thạo Microsoft Office.
  • Có thể đi công tác tỉnh trong thời gian ngắn.
  • Trung thực, chủ động, có trách nhiệm và tinh thần bảo mật thông tin.
  • Mong muốn gắn bó lâu dài với công ty.
  • Sức khỏe tốt.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, able to read technical drawings, and familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel for short-term business trips.
  • Honest, proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Long-term commitment preferred.
  • Good health condition.
