Overview
- Đào tạo và trình diễn sản phẩm / Training and product demonstration
- Trực tiếp thực hiện các buổi demo và đào tạo cho khách hàng (bác sĩ, kỹ thuật viên/therapist, giảng viên của khách hàng) tại cơ sở khách hàng hoặc phòng đào tạo của công ty; chủ động sắp xếp lịch và chuẩn bị cho từng buổi.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients’ doctors, therapists/technicians and trainers, at client premises or in our training room; proactively plan the schedule and prepare for each session.
- Giải thích công nghệ, cơ chế hoạt động và ứng dụng lâm sàng của thiết bị; hướng dẫn thực hành đúng kỹ thuật, đúng chỉ định và chống chỉ định.
- Explain the technology, working mechanisms and clinical applications of the devices; guide correct technique in line with indications and contraindications.
- Hỗ trợ đào tạo sau bán hàng (đào tạo lại, giải đáp chuyên môn) và duy trì quan hệ chuyên nghiệp với khách hàng.
- Provide after-sales training support (re-training, technical Q&A) and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Chuyên môn và an toàn ứng dụng / Professional expertise and safe application
- Tư vấn chuyên môn về ứng dụng thiết bị và hỗ trợ khách hàng xây dựng protocol ứng dụng phù hợp, trên cơ sở tài liệu và hướng dẫn chuẩn của hãng.
- Advise on device application and help clients build suitable treatment protocols based on the manufacturer’s standard materials and guidelines.
- Thu thập phản hồi và theo dõi kết quả ứng dụng từ khách hàng; đề xuất điều chỉnh protocol để đạt hiệu quả tối ưu.
- Gather client feedback and follow up on application results; recommend protocol adjustments for optimal outcomes.
- Đảm bảo mọi buổi demo và đào tạo tuân thủ chỉ định, chống chỉ định và quy trình an toàn của hãng.
- Ensure every demo and training session follows the manufacturer’s indications, contraindications and safety procedures.
- Tài liệu và cập nhật chuyên môn / Materials and knowledge updates
- Biên soạn và bản địa hóa tài liệu, quy trình đào tạo sang tiếng Việt từ tài liệu của hãng.
- Prepare and localize training materials and protocols into Vietnamese from the manufacturer’s documents.
- Thường xuyên cập nhật các cải tiến, phát triển mới cùng đội ngũ đào tạo của INDIBA (khu vực và trụ sở chính); tham gia các chương trình đào tạo của hãng.
- Stay up to date with new developments together with INDIBA’s training team (regional and headquarters); attend the manufacturer’s training programmes.
- Phối hợp kinh doanh và sự kiện / Sales collaboration and events
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Kinh doanh trong các buổi demo, workshop, hội thảo, hội nghị và sự kiện; góp phần nâng cao tỷ lệ chuyển đổi thông qua demo và đào tạo hiệu quả.
- Work with the Sales team on demos, workshops, seminars, conferences and events; contribute to higher conversion through effective demonstrations and training.

- Be ready to travel domestically and internationally. Weekend or after-hours work may be required for events, with advance notice.
- Vận hành và báo cáo / Operations and reporting
- Cập nhật lịch làm việc và báo cáo kết quả từng buổi demo/đào tạo đúng quy trình nội bộ.
- Keep the work schedule updated and report on each demo/training session following internal procedures.
- Quản lý, bảo quản thiết bị demo và vật tư tiêu hao; ghi nhận xuất – nhập đúng quy định.
- Take care of demo devices and consumables, and record issue/return movements as required.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
