Overview
- Develop, implement, and optimize AI modules.
- Design and implement advanced prompt engineering, AI Harness engineering, and function calling (Skills) beyond simple API integrations.
- (Optional) Participate in AI model design, fine-tuning, and building for future service scalability.
- Integrate AI features seamlessly into web services, ensuring a solid understanding of the overall service flow and web publishing.
- Develop server-side logic and RESTful APIs based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with the existing development team to maintain system stability and scalability.
- Design and manage databases relevant to AI data processing and service.
- (Optional) Utilize cloud platforms to deploy and maintain AI modules.
- Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on AI applications, at least 2–3 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of the latest AI technology trends, LLM ecosystems, and Harness engineering.
- Strong understanding of back-end development (e.g., Python, Node.js) and database management (relational and non-relational).
- General understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub).
- General IT knowledge including an understanding of web publishing and the complete software development lifecycle.
- Positive, active, and highly collaborative personality.
- Strong passion for following and adopting the latest tech and AI trends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
