Overview
- Kiểm tra hành lí xách tay theo đúng quy định của hãng
- Bán các sản phẩm, dịch vụ của hãng
- Hỗ trợ hành khách, đại diện đảm bảo phục vụ chuyến bay đạt tiêu chuẩn đặt ra, đáp ứng yêu cầu an ninh, an toàn và phục vụ khách hàng
- Tuân thủ qui định về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động tại nơi làm việc
- Thực hiện công việc theo đúng chức trách, nhiệm vụ được giao và đề xuất các biện pháp cải tiến nâng cao chất lượng phục vụ
- Check carry-on luggage in compliance with the regulations of Vietjet Air
- Sell products and services of the airline
- Give guidance to passengers, guarantee that inflight services meet set standards, requirements of security, and customer service
- Comply with regulations on safety and hygiene at the workplace
- Take over tasks, aligning job titles and role responsibilities, and propose improvement strategies to enhance the service quality

- Chiều cao: Nam: 1m68 trở lên, Nữ: 1m58 trở lên
- Học vấn:
- Tốt nghiệp THPT
- Kinh nghiệm:
- Ưu tiên các bạn có bằng cấp Tiếng Anh, đã làm việc trong môi trường hàng không
Requirements
- Cẩn thận, trung thực và trách nhiệm, tinh thần giúp đỡ trong công việc
- Có tính kỷ luật, tuân thủ quy định/quy trình và yêu cầu của cấp trên

- Có sức khỏe tốt, giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực, nắng nóng và tiếng ồn
- Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca
- Height: Male: above 1m68, Female: above 1m58
- Education:
- Graduated from high school
- Experience:
- Candidates with English certificates and work experience in aviation will be preferred
- Soft skills:
- Character traits: Careful, modest, and responsible, eager to integrate in teams
- Self-discipline, inclination to follow the company's policies/procedure,s and directions of managers
- Good health conditions, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, sound and heat influence
