Overview
- Phỏng vấn stakeholder và facilitation workshop.
- Khảo sát As-Is, business rule, exception và KPI.
- Phân tích root cause thay vì chỉ ghi chép yêu cầu.
- Thiết kế To-Be process và BPMN/process flow.
- Fit/Gap với capability hệ thống.
- Xác định configuration, customization, integration, migration và reporting.
- BPD/BRD/SRS/User Story/Acceptance Criteria khi phù hợp.
- Data mapping, report spec và integration requirement.
- Giữ traceability xuyên suốt dự án.
- Grooming với Developer/Functional.
- Review chức năng, hỗ trợ SIT/UAT và defect triage.
- Cutover, go-live, hypercare và change control.
- Khoảng 2+ năm BA/ERP Implementation là lợi thế.
- Hiểu business process và có kỹ năng workshop/interview.
- Khả năng phân tích logic và viết requirement rõ ràng.
- Hiểu database/API ở mức phối hợp được với Developer.
- Chủ động, ownership và chịu trách nhiệm đến outcome.
- Biết BPMN/UML là lợi thế.
- Odoo/ERP implementation.
- Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, HR hoặc Logistics.
- SQL/API.
- Agile/Scrum.
- Odoo Certification.
