Overview
- Tiếp nhận handover từ Sales/Solution Consulting.
- Tìm hiểu mô hình, người dùng, quy trình và dữ liệu.
- Mapping nhu cầu vào capability chuẩn của Business Suite.
- Thiết lập company, user, access, workflow và master data.
- Hỗ trợ import/kiểm tra dữ liệu ban đầu.
- Cấu hình đúng phạm vi package và best practice.
- Training key user/end user theo scenario.
- Viết hướng dẫn sử dụng ngắn gọn, dễ áp dụng.
- Theo dõi adoption sau go-live.
- Phân loại support/configuration/defect/product gap/customization.
- Escalate đúng sang BA, Product hoặc Developer.
- Ghi nhận feedback lặp lại và cơ hội upsell/cross-sell.
- Khoảng 1–3+ năm kinh nghiệm ERP, Business Software, Consulting hoặc Customer Success là lợi thế.
- Hiểu business process và học sản phẩm nhanh.
- Giao tiếp tốt, không ngại làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng.
- Có khả năng training và diễn giải vấn đề phức tạp dễ hiểu.
- Có tư duy customer success và ownership.
- Có khả năng tổ chức công việc khi phụ trách nhiều account.
- Đã sử dụng hoặc triển khai Odoo.
- Có nền tảng Accounting/Finance.
- Có kinh nghiệm Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing hoặc CRM/Sales.
- Đã làm ERP Functional Consultant.
- Có Odoo Certification.
- Từ product consulting đến solution consulting.
- Junior Functional Consultant → Functional Consultant → Senior Functional Consultant → FC Lead → FC Manager / Solution Consultant
