Overview

  • Khảo sát business model, quy trình, pain point và mục tiêu chuyển đổi.
  • Chủ trì Discovery/Solution Workshop.
  • Đánh giá fit giữa ORIS Business Suite, Odoo Enterprise và project delivery.
  • Xác định business outcome, constraint, dependency và risk.
  • Thiết kế demo theo business scenario.
  • Tư vấn package, module, license và roadmap.
  • Review scope, assumption và estimation.
  • Biến technical capability thành value proposition dễ hiểu.
  • Đảm bảo những gì Sales cam kết có thể triển khai.
  • Handover rõ cho BA, FC, PM và Delivery.
  • Giảm rework do presales xác định thiếu hoặc sai.
  • Coaching Functional Consultant/Presales.
  • Xây discovery questionnaire, solution template và battlecard.
  • Phân tích win/loss và phản hồi Product.
  • Khoảng 4–7+ năm kinh nghiệm ERP, Business Applications hoặc Enterprise Software.
  • Đã làm Functional Consultant, BA, Solution Consultant, ERP Presales hoặc tương đương.
  • Hiểu tốt một hoặc nhiều domain: Sales, Purchase, WMS, Finance, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, Project/Services.
  • Có năng lực discovery, solution design, fit/gap, scope và estimation.
  • Trình bày được với Business User, HOD, CFO/COO, CEO/Owner và IT.
  • Giao tiếp, facilitation và tư duy cấu trúc tốt.
  • Đã triển khai Odoo/Odoo Enterprise.
  • Có Odoo Certification.
  • Đã triển khai ERP end-to-end.
  • Biết BPMN, BPD, SRS, Solution Blueprint.
  • Có kinh nghiệm coaching consultant.
  • Tiếng Anh tốt.
  • Không chỉ là một vị trí presales.
  • Bạn có thể phát triển từ chuyên gia solution sang năng lực lãnh đạo consulting ở cấp tổ chức.
  • Senior Solution Consultant → Solution Consulting Manager → Head of Solution Consulting / Business Solution Director
