Overview
- Responsibility 1: Commercial Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Task 1: Collect and consolidate commercial data from internal systems and relevant sources.
- Task 2: Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc commercial performance reports
- Task 3: Update commercial dashboards and trackers based on provided data
- Task 4: Support data checking and validation to ensure report accuracy and consistency
- Task 5: Monitor performance of new initiatives and report insights.
- Responsibility 2: Product & Category Data Support
- Task 1: Support in updating product, SKU, and category information
- Task 2: Assist in preparing and consolidating demand forecasts by category and market
- Task 3: Track product performance indicators (traffic, conversion, pricing, feedback, inventory)
- Task 4: Support in identifying unusual changes or basic performance gaps for assigned products
- Responsibility 3: Commercial Operations & Execution Support
- Task 1: Assist in preparing commercial documents, trackers, and working files
- Task 2: Follow up on assigned action items and update execution progress
- Task 3: Coordinate with relevant teams to collect required data and operational updates
- Task 4: Support the execution of commercial initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and other assigned activities.
- Responsibility 4: Market Research & Competitor Tracking Support
- Task 1: Collect basic competitor information, including pricing, promotions, product ratings, reviews, and rankings.
- Task 2: Update competitor and market tracking files based on available sources..
- Task 3: Support basic market research activities for assigned product lines or categories.
- Task 4 :Prepare raw data and supporting information for market and competitor analysis.
- Responsibility 5: Inventory Data Support
- Task 1: Support in collecting and updating inventory data, including stock level, weeks of cover, stockout, and overstock status
- Task 2 :Assist in preparing inventory tracking reports for assigned SKUs or product lines
- Task 3 :Support in identifying basic inventory risks based on provided criteria
- Task 4: Coordinate with relevant teams to collect inventory and replenishment updates
