Overview

Manage, oversee, and optimize all warehouse operations based on Work Instructions (SOP/WI) to fully comply with company standards and client requirements.
Act as the primary contact point for coordination and decision-making regarding warehouse complaints or operational issues. Conduct root-cause analysis to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrence.
Ensure maximum workforce productivity while minimizing waste and operational cost leakage.
Take full accountability for driving the team to meet and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including OTIF, inventory accuracy, and order processing speed.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all warehouse operational reports to senior management and clients in accordance with SLA requirements.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
