Overview

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines, especially for Vietnamese and expatriate teachers.
Maintain recruitment presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards and other relevant channels; support recruitment content and employer branding activities.
Coordinate Work Permit, Visa and TRC documentation for foreign employees, including expiry tracking and working with external agencies.
Prepare recruitment updates and basic reports such as hiring status, time-to-fill, recruitment sources and recruitment costs.
Build relationships with universities, colleges and training institutions, and participate in job fairs or recruitment events when needed.
