Overview
- Chào đón khách hàng, thực hiện công việc lễ tân.
- Answer phone calls, manage appointments, and send reminders.
- Trả lời điện thoại, quản lý lịch hẹn và nhắc lịch khách hàng.
- Provide consultation about clinic services.
- Tư vấn các dịch vụ của phòng khám cho khách hàng.
- Update and manage patient records and contact information.
- Cập nhật và lưu trữ thông tin, ghi chú bệnh nhân kịp thời.
- Monitor treatment plans.
- Theo dõi kế hoạch điều trị của khách hàng.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Giải quyết khiếu nại và thắc mắc của khách hàng.
- Control invoices, check cash, record transactions, and prepare daily/monthly reports.
- Kiểm soát hóa đơn, kiểm tra tiền mặt, ghi nhận giao dịch và lập báo cáo ngày/tháng.
- Evaluate and improve customer service quality.
- Quản lý và đánh giá chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng.
- Prepare insurance claims if required.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ bảo hiểm khi có yêu cầu.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Operations Manager and Director.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Quản lý và Giám đốc.
Requirements
- Fluent in Nhật (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Thành thạo tiếng Japanese (nghe, nói, đọc, viết).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm chăm sóc khách hàng.
- Experience in healthcare, dental clinics, hospitality, or F&B is preferred.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực y tế, nha khoa, khách sạn, nhà hàng.
- Female, professional appearance, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Nữ, ngoại hình ưa nhìn, nhanh nhẹn, năng động, ham học hỏi.
- Age from 25 to 40.
- Ưu tiên có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh
- English communication skills are preferred
