Overview
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned office positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide timely recruitment support.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for further assessment.
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely updates to candidates and Hiring Managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Prepare candidate profiles, recruitment documents, employment offers, and onboarding arrangements for new hires.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate recruitment reports, and ensure data integrity in the recruitment tracking system.
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment programs, and other talent acquisition activities.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies while maintaining confidentiality of candidate information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in recruiting office/professional positions is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources are also welcome to apply.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.
- Familiarity with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
