Overview
- Lead the QC team in controlling quality across all production stages at the factory (refer to expertise in the wood industry, sofa manufacturing, or a similar factory environment.)
- Monitor and analyze the factory's quality status and prepare daily reports.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures for new product groups.
- Manage and respond to customer feedback.
- Manage, monitor, and execute daily and monthly testing (e.g., adhesion tests, nail/screw crack tests, and sending samples to external labs).
- Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to identify quality issues, propose solutions, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
- Education
- High school diploma or higher.
- Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the wood processing and finishing/painting industry. Experience
- Skills and Competencies
- Excellent skills in data review, analysis, and extraction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
- Proficiency in computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
