• Có từ 4+ năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Cloud, tự động hóa hạ tầng, quản trị bảo mật và môi trường hybrid/multi-cloud.
• Có kiến thức tốt về hạ tầng nền tảng đám mây public, private (Landing Zone, Multi-account, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, AMI, AWS Backup...). Có hiểu biết về Azure/GCP/Openstack là một lợi thế.
• Có kinh nghiệm phát triển và quản lý Infrastructure as Code/Configuration as Code bằng Terraform/Terragrunt, Ansible hoặc CloudFormation.
• Có khả năng lập trình/scripting bằng Python, Bash hoặc PowerShell phục vụ automation và vận hành hệ thống.
• Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và vận hành CI/CD pipeline với Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD hoặc AWS CodePipeline.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các công cụ monitoring và logging trên cloud như CloudWatch, Grafana.
• Có khả năng phân tích logs, xử lý sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống, mạng và bảo mật nhằm giảm thiểu downtime.
• Có hiểu biết về quy trình quản lý và xử lý sự cố (incident management & response).
• Có kiến thức về IAM, AWS Organizations, Service Control Policies (SCPs) và các cơ chế governance trên cloud.
• Có hiểu biết về các nguyên tắc bảo mật cloud, mã hóa dữ liệu và bảo mật mạng.
• Có kiến thức tốt về VPC, subnetting, endpoint, PrivateLink, VPN, Direct Connect, Load Balancer, Firewall (F5, Palo Alto...) và xử lý kết nối giữa on premises và cloud.
• Có khả năng nghiên cứu, phân tích thông tin và đưa ra đề xuất phù hợp.
• Chủ động học hỏi, linh hoạt và thích nghi với công nghệ mới.
• Kỹ năng phối hợp và làm việc nhóm tốt với các đơn vị liên quan.
• Có khả năng tiếp cận, quản lý và xử lý công việc nhanh chóng, hiệu quả.
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập dưới áp lực cao và tinh thần trách nhiệm tốt.
• Cẩn thận, chú ý chi tiết và tuân thủ các quy định về bảo mật thông tin/dữ liệu của Ngân hàng.
• Có kỹ năng xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật, quy trình vận hành và hướng dẫn sử dụng hệ thống.
• Có hiểu biết về nguyên tắc và thực hành quản lý rủi ro trong CNTT/vận hành hệ thống.
• Có khả năng hướng dẫn, mentoring và hỗ trợ các kỹ sư DevOps/Cloud Engineer khác; tham gia hỗ trợ onboarding nhân sự mới khi cần.
• Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh ở mức đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc.
