Overview

  • Triển khai và phát triển hệ thống quản lý HSE, phối hợp các hoạt động tuân thủ thông qua các nhóm đa chức năng và dưới sự chỉ đạo của Trưởng phòng QAHSE.
  • Thiết lập và thực hiện các hệ thống HSE tuân thủ các hướng dẫn của hệ thống (tiêu chuẩn ISO: ISO14001, ISO 45001), Chính sách An toàn Tập Đoàn, Luật và Giấy phép Môi trường.
  • Giám sát và xem xét các hoạt động liên quan đến Sức khỏe, An toàn, Môi trường của địa điểm nhằm đảm bảo sự tuân thủ và văn hóa an toàn: quản lý rủi ro an toàn, giám sát và quản lý các KPI HSE và phát triển hiệu suất của hệ thống, đào tạo HSE (nội bộ và bên ngoài).
  • Đảm bảo sự sẵn sàng cho các cuộc kiểm toán/kiểm tra nội bộ và bên ngoài từ cơ quan chức năng, khách hàng, các tổ chức chứng nhận, bên thứ ba, v.v. về các hoạt động HSE như phòng cháy chữa cháy, môi trường, sức khỏe.
  • Tham gia vào các hoạt động của QAHSE (điều tra, dự án, triển khai hệ thống QAHSE, v.v.) và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của người quản lý trực tiếp.
  • To implement and develop the HSE management system, coordinate compliance activities through cross-functional teams and under direction of the QAHSE Manager
  • To establish and implement HSE systems to comply with guidelines of system (ISO standards: ISO14001, ISO 45001), Safety Policy Group, Laws and Environment License
  • To monitor and review the activities concerning the Health-Safety-Environment of the site in order to ensure the compliance and safety culture: safety risk management, monitor and manage the HSE KPIs and develop the performance of system, HSE training (internal and external)
  • To ensure the readiness of the internal and external audit/ inspections from authority, customers, certification agencies, third parties,..on the HSE activities such as fire fighting, environment, health
  • To participate in the QAHSE’s activities (investigations, projects, QAHSE system implementation,..) and perform other tasks required by the line manager.
