Overview

Develop training strategies, directions, and comprehensive learning systems to enhance organizational capabilities, succession pipelines, and a strong learning culture within the company.
Design, implement, and optimize onboarding, functional, soft-skill, and leadership development programs aligned with business objectives and organizational growth stages.
Partner with business units to assess competencies, identify training needs, and build employee development roadmaps.
Oversee training operations including budget management, systems, processes, training data, and post-training effectiveness evaluation based on KPIs and competency frameworks.
