Overview

Recruit qualified Partner Distribution candidates through marketing campaigns, referrals, recruitment events, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification assessments.
Manage the complete partner onboarding process: application, KYC verification, account setup, and system activation.
Deliver Distributor Development Training, product education, and certification programs so partners are fully prepared before their first merchant conversation.
Assess partner capability and classify certified partners into appropriate development tiers.
Build and continuously improve recruitment, onboarding, certification, and partner enablement processes.
Maintain an accurate recruitment pipeline, certification records, and partner database.
Collaborate closely with Community Engagement to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Coordinate with Partner Growth to ensure a smooth handover of certified partners for business activation.
Monitor recruitment performance, certification quality, and onboarding effectiveness, driving continuous process improvement.
