Overview
- Responsible for managing and optimizing daily production operations to achieve production targets, ensure product quality, improve efficiency, and align manufacturing activities with the company's strategic objectives.
- Production Planning & Operations Management
- Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet business and production targets.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, supervise, and develop the production team to achieve operational goals.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development activities.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, continuous improvement, and compliance with company policies and production standards.
- Process Improvement & Quality ManagementIdentify opportunities to improve production processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Analyze production data, detect bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure production activities comply with quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze key production KPIs, including output, productivity, efficiency, downtime, and quality performance.
- Prepare regular production reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with management to develop action plans to achieve production objectives.
- Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company safety procedures.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Build and maintain a strong safety culture within the production team.
