Overview

Lead the interpretation and implementation of cosmetics laws, regulations, national standards, industry standards, testing requirements, and other regulatory requirements applicable to the Vietnam market.
Oversee the end-to-end product notification, registration, and import filing processes, ensuring timely approvals to support business launch plans.
Review and approve product labels, packaging artwork, marketing claims, promotional materials, and digital content to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial, throughout the product development and commercialization process.
Act as the primary contact with regulatory authorities, testing laboratories, and external consultants on regulatory matters.
Monitor and assess changes in cosmetic regulations and proactively communicate regulatory impacts and compliance strategies to internal stakeholders.
Develop and optimize regulatory processes, documentation, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Supervise and coach junior Regulatory Affairs team members, providing technical guidance and supporting capability development.
Identify regulatory risks and recommend practical solutions to minimize business impact while ensuring compliance.
