Negotiation & Communication: deliver English proposal presentation and have the 'Win-the-Creator' mindset.
Strategy, Presentations & Market Intelligence
Proposal Development: Create compelling, data-driven partnership decks and proposals to pitch creators of different tiers.
US Market Research: Continuously monitor US e-commerce consumer trends, viral product formats, competitor commission structures, and platform shifts.
Analytics & Decision-Making
Database Management: Maintain and organize creator outreach databases to track conversion funnels, response rates, and pipeline health.
Performance Analytics: Analyze conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), and creator retention rates to double down on high-performing segments.
