Overview

Responsible for installation, commissioning, warranty, servicing of all end of line packaging machines as: Filler, Capper, Seamer, Processing System, Labeller, Conveyor system for food, beverage.
Interaction with customer to do the layout for the machines with the new project.
Training for customer’s staff to complete new machine.
Maintenance equipment and solve the problem of the machine
Support customers to fix problems of the machine via email and mobile phone.
Report for all visits and installations to manager.
Regularly visit to customer's factory and maintain good relationship with them and for spare parts sales.
Do the quotation according to the customer’s inquiry.
This position is able to work in group or independence.
Willingness to travel extensively in oversea and outside of HCM City for training and FAT if request.
Combination with sales department for new project.
