Overview
- Managing warehouse daily operations, including receiving, material storage, picking
- delivering to production; finished goods picking, and loading based on shipment plan
- Ensuring materials are stored in right condition as request, materials are released to
- production on-time and finished goods are shipped as plan request from PMC
- Inventory management
- Maintaining health & safety at workplace following EHS’s requirements
- Driving digital transformation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with quality, production and supply chain teams to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and controls leading to better cost control, higher efficiency and safety in the factory
- Hit KPI targets on inventory accuracy, cost, CIP, safety and innovation
- Receiving and handling wastes following EHS (Env procedures)
- Define training needs and succession plan for the WH team
- Propose budget plan and monitor expenses
- Project management
