Overview
- Plan and execute purchasing activities to ensure a stable and competitive supply that meets production and business requirements.
- Manage purchasing activities with approved suppliers, including price negotiation, commercial terms, purchase order issuance, delivery follow-up, and resolution of procurement-related issues.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers and relevant authorities/organizations related to procurement and import activities (if applicable), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure supply continuity.
- Manage and continuously improve procurement processes, working tools, and team capabilities to meet current operational needs and support future business growth.
- Coordinate closely with the Sourcing team and other relevant departments to ensure purchasing activities support production schedules and business objectives, and participate in assigned projects.
