Overview

Leading and optimizing end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, production supply, and outbound logistics to ensure maximum efficiency and on-time delivery.
Strategically managing inventory accuracy, material flow, and FIFO compliance while maintaining high standards of quality and minimizing operational costs.
Driving data integrity and timely system transactions, ensuring accurate cycle counts and alignment between physical stock and system records.
Championing health, safety, and 5S standards across the warehouse, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive measures to achieve zero-incident targets.
Leading, developing, and motivating the warehouse team to consistently achieve KPIs in productivity, accuracy, safety, and cost savings.
Overseeing workforce planning, shift optimization, overtime control, and talent development to support both current operations and future business growth.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Production, PMC, EHS, Finance) to support factory expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preparing annual warehouse budgets, optimizing resources, and proposing strategic investments to enhance capacity and operational excellence.
