Overview
- Justification: To recruit a Purchasing Staff to support the Purchasing Department in sourcing and procuring goods and services for all departments, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effective purchasing, supplier development, and smooth procurement operations in accordance with company procedures
- Source quotations from suppliers and contractors based on purchase requests.
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu mua hàng từ các phòng ban và liên hệ nhà cung cấp để lấy báo giá.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Đàm phán giá cả, điều khoản thanh toán và các điều kiện thương mại với nhà cung cấp.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up the delivery schedule.
- Thực hiện các thủ tục mua hàng và theo dõi tiến độ giao hàng.
- Coordinate with requesters to ensure goods and services are delivered on time.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban để đảm bảo hàng hóa, dịch vụ được cung cấp đúng thời hạn.
- Handle supplier-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complaints.
- Tiếp nhận và phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề, khiếu nại phát sinh liên quan đến nhà cung cấp hoặc hàng hóa, dịch vụ.
- Prepare complete supporting documents for payment processing.
- Chuẩn bị đầy đủ hồ sơ, chứng từ phục vụ thanh toán theo quy định.
- Search for and evaluate new suppliers and contractors.
- Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và phát triển nhà cung cấp mới.
- Maintain and update monthly purchasing reports and procurement records.
- Cập nhật dữ liệu, báo cáo mua hàng định kỳ.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
