Overview

On-site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure they comply with approved drawing, specifications, and relative laws
Quality Control: Inspect construction materials, equipment, and workmanship. Identify and resolve defects.
Coordinate with EMD / Sales team... or others team to the handover of project.
Schedule Management: Monitor the project timeline, coordinate contractors, and report any potential delays to the Project Management/ Head of department.
Safety & Environment: Enforce occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations on-site. Conduct safety briefings and mitigate hazards.
Documentation: Maintain site logs, daily progress reports, and track any design changes (RFI/variation orders)
