Overview

Perform repair, preventive maintenance and improvement of metal stamping dies to ensure product quality and stable performance of the Stamping process.
Analyze die failures and production issues, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions to improve die reliability and service life.
Monitor die condition and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
Work closely with Production, Quality and Process Engineering teams to resolve die-related issues.
Propose and implement continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
Recommend machining, modification or repair methods for damaged or malfunctioning stamping dies.
Maintain and update technical documents, die drawings and maintenance/improvement records.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the department's management system.
Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
