The C&B Supervisor is responsible for managing and continuously improving the company's C&B operations, payroll administration, HRIS, employee data management, statutory compliance, and HR operational processes. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant HR services while supporting organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure 100% payroll accuracy and timely payment.
Administer employee compensation, allowances, incentives, overtime, bonuses, and annual salary review.
Develop and review compensation structures, salary ranges, and grading systems.
