  • Sourcing/ Tìm Nguồn
  • Nhận phiếu SR yêu cầu từ các Bp liên quan & làm rõ yêu cầu : yêu cầu cung cấp mẫu, bản vẽ, hình ảnh, thông tin kỹ thuật, chức năng, yêu cầu test.../Receiving Sourcing request from other department & clarifying the specification with the requester : can require the requester to supply samples, drawings, pictures, technical information, function, testing …
  • Tiến hành sourcing dựa trên thông tin yêu cầu, thu thập thông tin về sản phẩm bao gồm những chứng nhận, test report,..làm việc với nhà cung cấp về công nợ, thời gian giao hàng, MOQ,…/Conduct sourcing based on required information, collect product information including certifications, test reports, etc., work with suppliers on debt, delivery time ,leadtime ,.. MOQ, etc.
  • Thu thập báo giá & gửi các bp liên quan đễ duyệt giá./Collecting quotations to send these depts to get price approval
  • Lấy mẫu đầu tiên cho người yêu cầu duyệt và thực hiện các bài test liên quan./Get first sample for approval and perform related tests
  • Tiến hành tạo code sau khi mẫu và giá được duyệt và gửi code cho Requester kết thúc phiếu SR./ Proceed to create material code after sample and price are approved and send code to Requester to finish SR.
  • Bàn giao mẫu duyệt cho Qc và thông tin mua hàng, hợp đồng cho planning nếu là hàng sản xuất../Hand over approved samples to QC and purchase information, contract to Planning if it is a production goods.
  • Các chỉ số hiệu suất chính/Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Nhà cung cấp giao hàng đúng thời gian,./On time delivery from supplier
  • Tìm nguồn đúng hạn./Ontime sourcing
  • Giảm giá thành./Reduce costs
  • Nhanh nhen và chính xác trong tìm nguồn hàng và mua hàng./Flexible and exactly in sourcing and purchasing
  • Khả năng giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ./Communication and creating relationship.
  • Cá tính : mạnh mẽ, năng động, thân thiện, giao tiếp tốt./Personality : Strong, dynamic, friendly, good communication
  • Khả năng phù hợp với công việc được giao./Ability to adapt any job’s requirement given
  • Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng anh./ Good at English communication
  • Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán./Have a good command of communicate and negotiation skills
  • Có kinh nghiệm ngành gỗ./Have experience about furniture
  • Kinh nghiệm: 3 Năm
