Analyze and evaluate the companies’ financials and cash flows to provide appropriate financing solutions to clients
Draft and complete all documents related to the issuances of private placement (PP) bond and public offering (PO) bond
Draft documents and transaction agreements related to debt financing products including offshore loan transactions
Participate in building policies, updating information related to the business
Perform other related tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
