Overview
- Lead and oversee the review and statutory filing of all relevant taxes (CIT, VAT, WHT and Stamp Duty).
- Review tax computations, monthly and annual reconciliations, and all supporting documents.
- Provide tax advisory and tax impact analysis across business transactions, commercial contracts, operational matters, and cross-functional issues.
- Lead or support special tax projects such as tax audits, tax certainty and new tax initiatives.
