Overview

Leading SQE team to achieving a state of high quality performance at our supplier partners through the application and practice of product quality planning during NPI process and after mass production
Quality engineering capability assessments of potential new suppliers
Driving problem solving activities for the issues captured from production
Ensure critical to quality characteristics are flown down by suppliers
Monitor the quality of suppliers and promote continuous improvement of suppliers
Coordinate the exchange of internal and external quality information, and coach suppliers to carry out standardized production
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
