Overview

Establish and maintain sustainable professional relationships with Hospital Directorates, Drug and Therapeutics Committees, Pharmacy Departments, General Planning Departments, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at target hospitals
Proactively monitor and analyze hospital demand trends to drive the inclusion of company products into formularies, specifically executing the structural transition roadmap from Original Brand to Group 1 packages.
Closely monitor the progress, timeline of current bidding packages and upcoming procurement plans (including centralized and local tenders); promptly identify and resolve technical barriers or administrative procedures during the bidding group transition.
Analyze market intelligence and competitor to formulate contingency solutions, safeguard market share, and ensure the continuity of product supply at hospitals.
Partner with the Field Force and Marketing to organize scientific programs to update treatment trends for physicians.
Monitor and evaluate actual usage volumes periodically at each account to ensure compliance with bidding commitments
Good interpersonal, communication, selling, negotiation, planning and organizing skills
Positive attitude “CAN DO”, highly energetic, good team player
Self-confidence, having good product knowledge with good presentation skills
Be proactive to drive for results, self-motivated and good follow-up.
Be able to work independently.
Fair command of written and spoken English.
